Yoga Nidra Meditation

Is a very deep and profound guided mediation practice. You will find comfort lying on the floor with the use of props. During this practice only two doors of perception open, hearing and feeling. As you are guided systematically through the body, sensations and visualisations you will move in and out of consciousness (between wakefulness and sleep) known as Nidra entering deeply into your superconsciousness “Alpha Wave” and in this state mental blocks and deep tension is released. This mediation will allow you to experience deep relaxation of mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety and find more peace and joy in your life.

*Research shows that 30mins of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4hrs sleep.
