This is a 6 week beginner series designed for the absolute beginner or anyone wishing to revisit the basic fundamentals of their practice. This series has a strong emphasis on correct alignment, setting the foundation to support the integrity of your practice. You will use props to support the body and any injuries aiding in healing any physical ailments, freeing you from pain and suffering. Basic breathing techniques will be taught to reduce mental and physical tension and meditation to restore balance and harmony back into our busy lives. Each week will present to you a new theme/concept introducing the philosophy of yoga and how you can deepen your practice and connection to the Self and the world we live in.
