Our classes are designed to provide everyone with the chance to experience and benefit from Yoga. Each class presents a new idea about how to live our lives fully in the present moment with an open heart. Through the connection of movement and breath you will learn the skill of letting go of tension and be provided the tools that will empower you to reach your fullest potential and find more balance and harmony in your life.

Combat

A dynamic FLOW practice incorporating high intensity intervals to stimulate your cardiovascular system, building heat to detoxify and purify the mind & body. This practice will help you burn through physical & mental resistance, expanding your potential while strengthening your mind and body.

Back 2 Basics

This is a 6 week beginner series designed for the absolute beginner or anyone wishing to revisit the basic fundamentals of their practice. This series has a strong emphasis on correct alignment, setting the foundation to support the integrity of your practice. You will use props to support the body and any injuries aiding in healing any physical ailments, freeing you from pain and suffering. Basic breathing techniques will be taught to reduce mental and physical tension and meditation to restore balance and harmony back into our busy lives. Each week will present to you a new theme/concept introducing the philosophy of yoga and how you can deepen your practice and connection to the Self and the world we live in.

Level: Beginner / Injured /Pregnant / Experienced

Reset & Align

This class has a strong emphasis on postural alignment and deep stretching with each pose held up to 3 mins. You will also learn breathing techniques to help release tension and connect you with the present moment allowing you to dive deeper into yourself opening your mind, body and heart and aligning yourself with your deepest heart desires.

Chillout

The practice is mainly on the ground with each pose focusing deep into the connective tissue, joints and ligaments. The poses are supported by props such as blankets, blankets, blocks etc. and held between 3 – 12 mins, in this time giving you the opportunity to surrender and let go of the busyness of life. This class is accompanied by beautiful healing sounds from our curated playlists and sometimes live music with Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drumming, wind gong or harmonium is offered. Transcend your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation and chill out.

FLOW

This practice moves you through a dance of postures with your breath leading the way.The tempo will vary from slow to dynamic depending on the day and teacher. You will be guided to go deeply within connecting to the true essence of who you are. A beautiful practice of fluidity, grace and surrender.

Level: Beginner to Experienced

Yoga Nidra Meditation

Is a very deep and profound guided mediation practice, lasting between 45 – 60 mins. You will find comfort lying on the floor with the use of props. During this practice only two doors of perception open, hearing and feeling. As you are guided systematically through the body, sensations and visualisations you will move in and out of consciousness (between wakefulness and sleep) known as Nidra entering deeply into your superconsciousness “Alpha Wave” and in this state mental blocks and deep tension is released. This mediation will allow you to experience deep relaxation of mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety and find more peace and joy in your life.

*Research shows that 30mins of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4hrs sleep.
